The granbell hotel was perfect for me. Close to all the action and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet! Cool rooftop terrace. I would come again.

Everything was great overall! The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The room was a little small, but still manageable. The only thing we really missed was having somewhere to hang our towels. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

This hotel was really good but not five stars. the reason is because the view and the placement of the hotel is not really good but still the staff, the rooms and the cafe are nice.

overall, staying at shinjuku granbell hotel was great. the only problem we had is that our room came with bed pillows that were not very comfortable. the pillows from the sofa were better. the room was great. it's not very spacious but it's enough for two people with luggages. bathroom was superb. staff were friendly and fluent in English. self check in/out was very convenient.
