Warm, honey feel. Smaller hotel with many locals. Breakfast was the best. Ate both days as well as the late night snack that was offered. Also took advantage of the bike rental and rode at the neighborhood with no charge. Shuttle service available but need to check schedule as it is not all day.

Hiyori hotel Maihama was our best stay in Tokyo! I would give it 100 Stars if I could! It had more than what we asked for, we loved it so much that we felt sad to leave. We will stay there again when we revisit Tokyo Disney!

I stayed at 4 hotels during my Tokyo/Urayasu Disneyland trip and Hiyori was my favorite hotel: 1. Grand Nikko was fine with nice toiletries but Japanese bfast was eh. 2. Toy Story was great but food was below average. 3. Hiyori Hotel was great 10/10 across the board. Cool room configuration, free gifts for adults and kids (super sweet and fun), late night rice and soup was life saving after Disneyland, free breakfast was amazing better than any paid meal at the Disneyland resort, the matcha was the best I’ve had, and great for kids. I wish we stayed here longer than a night. 4. Candeo Shimbashi Hotel was my least favorite—Super small rooms, no extra amenities, breakfast not included, smelly BO pajamas, okay spa but I could live without. Not good for kids. I would def recommend to stay here.

This hotel and location is quite ideal to go to Disneyland with the free shuttle bus , room is small but not too small as compared to other Japan hotel . Reccomended

Not a full review thanks to the stay being one short night. Could do with the increase of the shuttle bus frequency. However, the free Ochasuke (9:30pm-11pm) along with the first two gifts are much appreciated.
