Location: so close to the metro and buses stations. One ride away from Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Staff: did not really have any interaction with the staff during our stay other than checking-in and checking-out. Cleanliness: don’t forget to put the magnet “do not disturb”, “clean the room”. Complete in toiletries and PJs. Room size/space is small but normal for Tokyo area

the room is nice, very close to Disney sea. took the bus and got there early and able to ride some rides before it got busy.

I wold stay again in this place, it’s recommended, hotel included with breakfast and clean + humidifier in the room is another plus one. the price is not bad. And the twin bed is actually bigger compared other hotel around.

location is good. has a shuttle bus to go disneyland. a few 7 eleven and aeon and 药 shop there 's also kfc and mac nearby. their staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast place provides you a place to heat up food and eat there plus free drinks (hot n cold)
