we caught the limousine bus straight here from Haneda - so convenient!! plus it is in the heart of Shinjuku and so easy to get around and explore! the room itself was generous and comfortable. bedding was comfortable

I've stayed 4 times now and I still love this hotel. Great location, services, value for money cleanliness of rooms, great choices for breakfast, helpful and polite staff, it has a smoking room, i cant praise this hotel enough, would always stay here.

I would especially like to praise the reception team. We accidentally left a phone in an Uber taxi and were desperately trying to locate it. The reception staff went above and beyond to help us, making calls, assisting us with the process, and doing everything they could to support us. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help were truly exceptional and very much appreciated. We also really appreciated the generous supply of towels. Having plenty of towels available was extremely convenient and made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so well taken care of.
