Quiet place to stay, good location not that far from Tokyo station. Friendly staff, eco room and very handy washer room which you can use with coins.

it was a small room but sufficient for what was needed. very close location to Ningyocho Metro Station. Hotel staff were friendly and helped with Yamato Luggage Delivery to Osaka. They offered complimentary hygiene products and ice cream. Great overall experience. Staff is English friendly and they have a small translator device on hand for staff that doesn’t know English.

Clean and cozy room. Friendly staff. I was able to borrow a flat iron and an umbrella when I needed them. The area is pretty chill - quiet, not too crowded, but alive at night. It's packed with bars, cafes and restaurants.

Staff were very hospitable and kind. Hotel was located near Tokyo Station (10-15 mins away) so it’s easy to take a walk around the Nihonbashi area. Room was small but that’s common in Japan. Room had a smart TV so you can watch netflix or youtube. There’s also a humidifier in the room for dry seasons.

Staff were hospitable and kind. Room was small but cozy. Hotel is located close to the Tokyo Station (10-15 minutes walk) and there was a subway station 5 mins away so it’s easy to get around. Hotel an amenities table so most of the bathrooom necessities are available for guests’ use. Room had a smart TV so guests can watch netflix.
