We had a comfortable stay at Tokinoniwa. The room was clean, the onsen was relaxing, and the staff were friendly. We also loved the complimentary late-night ramen, which was a nice treat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a pleasant stay with good amenities.

The stuff was amazing so nice and eager to help with everything. The hotel provides shatel bus to and from karuizawa which help us a lot and was highly appreciated. The location is far from center and thats the reason i would not choose it again. Facilities were good, clean and room very nice also.
