I had a great stay! The hotel is very close to the Fukuoka Station. Probably like 6-10 minutes walk only. It was very accessible to everything. Its also near the Underground shopping mall. I recommend this hotel specially if you are planning to visit Nagasaki. The Nishitetsu Express bus station is also in Fukuoka station which is very convenient if you want to visit Nagasaki and want to save money on the fare 👌😉 The very was small though but the food was great!! They have a lot of different varieties, Asian food and also western. Even though during my stay, they served the same food which I didn't mind cause it was that good ☺ We actually came back and had breakfast here on our last day ☺

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Exit 12b/12c to tenjin underground mall & subway was almost at doorstep. Good restaurants and yatais nearby. Staff were friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel as we were early for check in. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Would recommend!

took 1 star off since they have accomodation fee you have to pay upon check in (total of 1.6k yen for 2 people for 2 nights). other than that, hotel location is very good. plenty of convenience stores and cafes nearby. they also provide amenities at the lobby. decent stay for us.

Perfect accommodation! Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin nice place to visit every where in Fukuoka because the hotel locates near the biggest two subway station. All staffs of hotel are sincerely kind and their abilities are enough to solve any problem of guest. breakfast includes two kinds of type, wester style and traditionally Japanese style with too much delicious taste. Of course I will re visit this wonderful place when I need to visit Fukuoka, again.
