Great hotel! From Narita to hotel one train ride on the Narita Express and a 4 minute easy walk no stairs. spotless nice bathroom with great towels and bed linen. Food options everywhere and close to lots of shopping.

- Location can't be beat: it's in the heart of Shibuya, you can even see the infamous Crossing from certain rooms, the elevators and the hotel's bar - This is a hotel fitting for international travellers as the front desk staff can converse in English - There is an airport limousine (read: executive bus) service to Narita & Haneda as early as 5.30 am - this was very helpful for our early filght at 10 am - Room has international adapter on the wall for charging devices, but the USB C/A seems underpowered - The Excel Double Premier (30m2) is very spacious, given hotel standards in Tokyo

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. If you are looking to stay in the the heart of Shibuya, look no further! The elevators have the view of Shibuya Scramble, Hachi is across the street and alll the shopping is within walking distance. I stayed here as a family of 4 and the room was spacious. my rate did include breakfast (which is not that great) but it gets the job done.
