The soaring open‑air lobby—with its gleaming columns, panoramic view of the Indian Ocean and intricate Indonesian architectural details—immediately set a tone of elegance and place. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member—from the luggage porter to breakfast servers to the pool‑butler—was warm, attentive and anticipatory. Nothing felt forced or scripted; they simply made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. Ultimately what made our stay unforgettable was the combination of spectacular design (blending modern luxury with Indonesian heritage), flawless service and a feeling of genuine indulgence without pretention. The room is very big. More than enough space to stay for 3 adults and one child age 7. Free minibar. And the view was amazing from our balcony.
