The staffs are friendly and explained to us the facilities they can provide as best they can in English. Place is peaceful and quiet. Few Public Bath Onsens nearby if that is your thing

We had an amazing time, highly recommend! The staff were all super nice and went out of their way for us. We topped up extra to have dinner served in our room, which was great! We loved the private onsens, beautiful yukatas, and my daughter loved feeding the koi. They also kindly sent us to and from the train station upon arrival and departure. Overall, very very enjoyable stay
