Very good! The front desk staff were excellent, providing perfect directions that helped me quickly find the place I was looking for. They also showed concern for two women staying there, which made me feel very safe and secure during my stay. The breakfast was also quite good!

The value for money is excellent, with many facilities available. There's a spa, arcade games, table tennis, billiards, water slides, and a sauna. You really can't experience everything in just one day.

The hotel is generally acceptable. It's a five-star hotel, but the interior is a bit dated. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast, however, was not great; there weren't many options, and the congee wasn't even hot, which was quite disappointing.

The rooms at E-DA Royal Hotel are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is excellent. The hairdryer has strong airflow. The only downside was the bad weather that day, so the outdoor pool was closed for use; we could only take pictures. Breakfast was very crowded, requiring two seating times for entry.

Hello, I truly appreciate the assistance from the staff on duty that day; I immediately received the best possible solution. However, regarding the small issue of whether an upgrade is possible, customers wouldn't actually know. I'm wondering if adding this note might cause misunderstanding for customers, creating a situation where they see it but can't have it? Furthermore, consumers wouldn't know at the time of booking whether an upgraded room type incurs additional charges, right? So, why is this note included then?
