Although the tour guide spoke Japanese, she used cards to display the meeting times. She was also very polite and helpful to the group members. The scenery at the attractions was beautiful.

Four adult men used the service. It was easy to communicate with the guide, and the kind guidance made the experience comfortable. They even helped us book for the next day on the spot, making it a fulfilling trip. It was a great activity to fully enjoy the nature of Ishigaki. With good accessibility, kind guidance, and wonderful nature, I highly recommend it if you visit Ishigaki! ^^👍 Thanks to Yuki from Phantom Island, Makoto from Blue Cave, and Nodoka from Canoe (I'm really sorry if the names are wrong), I had a very enjoyable time! 👍 Thank you so much for your kind guidance, it was really helpful!! If I have another chance to go to Ishigaki Island, I will ask for your help again! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad I booked this trip through Klook. The ocean here is absolutely stunning – so clean and crystal clear, and the ecosystem is wonderfully preserved. The team that took care of us was fantastic. Our driver was not only responsible behind the wheel but also skillfully captained the boat – truly professional. A special shout-out to our dive guide, Yuki, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and attentive to every member of the group. His fascinating commentary along the way and the amazing photos he took underwater ensured that we had fun and captured some wonderful memories. For anyone thinking of visiting, I wholeheartedly recommend it!
