If you booked the head mount package, make sure to inform the staff because they weren’t aware that it was included and initially asked me to pay extra. Just show them the WhatsApp message confirming that it’s included in your package. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Also, be aware of Track 1 and Track 2 if you want to ride together with your friends or family. I really enjoyed the Hanuman ride. 9/10! 🛷🔥

Overall, it was very good. The arrangements were smooth, and staff members were available to coordinate and assist with every part of the experience. The staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly. Everything went smoothly, except for the long wait times for the rolling attractions. The only area for improvement would be the return transportation arrangements. The shuttle departure times are fixed every two hours. For example, we were originally scheduled for a 2:30 PM return, but if there's a delay for any reason and you miss the 2:30 PM shuttle, you have to wait for the next one at 4:30 PM. This means a very long wait. As a result, we felt a bit rushed trying to catch our return shuttle that day. I suggest making the shuttle schedule more flexible, especially since the park uses small vehicles and doesn't need to transport a large number of passengers at once.

good value package from Klook, got it during discount and much cheaper than in-store rate! right next to the main road, clean environment, therapist strength is according to request and can understand basic English. I placed 2 orders to redeem at the same time and it is allowed. The only thing is we need to move up and down for different treatments, so get ready to walk and down the stairs. serve cold drinks before treatment and warm drinks after treatment with snacks.

my friend and I both love the place. it’s right in the centre of Phuket old town where all the action is. the interior is beautiful and calming and the therapists were really great!

Great experience at the park. The park was clean and managed efficiently. The slides were a lot of fun and suitable for adults and young children. Especially enjoyed the relaxing pools with bars for refreshments. You receive a wistband that can be used to open lockers and and add funds for buying food and drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend for a day trip.

Really enjoyed our visit here. This aquarium has so much more than just fish! Aside from the diverse freshwater and marine sea life, we were surprised to see mammals, reptiles, and birds too. The environment is very clean and pleasant. They also host different animal performances throughout the day which added a lot of fun to the experience. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Phuket!

Khai Island is amazing!! the water is super clear..Coral and wish just near the beach. 🏝️ I love the tour handle our package. we have been given a proper refreshment, briefing of do and don’t.. The experience is unforgettable ❤️

This was such a great experience for renting a traditional Thai costume! The service was fast and smooth, and when I arrived, there were no other customers, so I was assisted right away without having to wait. The shop itself was clean, beautiful, and comfortable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient in helping me choose my outfit. What I loved most were the accessories and jewelry! They had so many beautiful pieces that really completed the traditional Thai look. The jewelry added such an elegant touch and made the entire outfit feel even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this Thai costume rental, especially if you want to experience wearing traditional Thai clothing during your trip to Phuket. The combination of fast service, a clean, comfortable shop and helpful staff was nice.
