Good location, big room easy access to mall. Very convenient for food and shopping. Nice and delicious breakfast.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable but pillow is abit too soft. Reception staff, Nazwan, hope I get his name right, is welcoming, polite and efficient. He assisted us to get a room early as we have arrived early. Hotel is co-located with Paradigm Mall and easily accessible for food, entertainment. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Hotel.

This is my second time staying here. The room was spacious, and the hospitality was great. Just one small comment from my side: it would be appreciated if extra body wash could be provided, as one is not enough.

Love the convenience of a mega mall below the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Staff at the check in counter was super friendly and kind.

The hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Check in was not on level 1 lobby. Hotel room was very clean when we check in and spacious for toddler to play.
