the service is relatively good, however booking through klook, they could not allow me to change my room to accommodate an extra bed for my kid. Location is a bit troublesome as theres no shelter to walk across to mall. shuttle service is hourly and subject to space, they dont offer to repeat shuttle if its fully booked. Big gripe is the shower facilities, theres only a rainshower, no handheld shower, how to clean yrself or wash yr feet if you dont want to wet yr hair. A big inconvenience for 3 days truly. But really enthusiastic service from doorman, thank you !!! Breakfast is indeed good, love the diy fresh juices, roti canal, curries, sausages - super yummy!

Definitely a place to stay! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for both young and old! Everything is clean and great! Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to book through Klook, booked, get confirmation, show to hotel and great value too! Recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to get around and access nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and met my expectations for the stay.
The main area that needs improvement is housekeeping. The cleanliness and room servicing were inconsistent from day to day, so I hope the hotel can improve the quality and consistency of its housekeeping standards. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with better housekeeping, the experience would be much better.
