The cooking class experience was excellent. The market tour guide explained everything very clearly, and our instructor, Mai, was great at creating a fun atmosphere, so everyone had a wonderful time. The food portions were very generous; I recommend bringing a food container to take the dessert back to your hotel to enjoy at your leisure. Also, it's definitely worth paying extra for the air-conditioned room because there are mosquitoes outdoors, and it gets a bit warm after cooking. Enjoying the food in an air-conditioned room is the smart choice! The only downside was that the transfer vehicle didn't have air conditioning, and the staff kept taking photos of us but never shared them. I tried contacting them via email and Facebook Messenger, but received no response. I had assumed that since the staff were taking so many pictures, I didn't need to take many of my family for souvenirs, and now I regret not having those photos. It's a real shame that I can't retrieve them!

If you're visiting Chiang Mai, you should definitely try a Muay Thai class! It's a truly unique and exhilarating experience! I booked a group class on Klook a day in advance, thinking it would be less awkward with more people, but I still ended up making a fool of myself. The class started at 9 AM and finished at 10:30 AM, lasting a total of one and a half hours. For the first ten minutes or so, the head coach, Mark, led us through stretching, warm-ups, and jogging around the ring. The Thai coach spoke English, and everyone understood him. Since I was the only Chinese person there, my reactions were a bit slower than others, but I managed to get through the class despite some fumbling. After the warm-up, the head coach started wrapping our hands. After he wrapped one hand, he asked me how it felt. I said it was too tight, so he loosened it for me. But after he wrapped the other hand, I still felt it was too tight. He smiled helplessly and had to loosen that one too. I thought maybe the hand wraps for Muay Thai needed to be tight to protect the hands! But after the class, my hands were covered in marks, haha. Luckily, I didn't get injured. After wrapping our hands, the head coach had us put on gloves and started teaching us basic moves. After each move, he'd have us practice in pairs, repeating until we mastered the basics. My training partner was the assistant coach, "Ice." I often made mistakes because I was too nervous, like punching with my left hand and forgetting to guard with my right. He would tell me that if I didn't guard, someone would "bang" and hit me. Although the assistant coach also told me not to be nervous and just enjoy it, I always had that "good student" mindset, wanting to do my best, which just made me more flustered. In the end, I made the assistant coach laugh. He even started guarding when he should have been punching and punching when he should have been guarding. Seeing how nervous I was, he even jokingly threatened to hit me hard. I quickly waved my hands, "Nonono! You will hurt me! No!" He saw me frowning in fear and burst out laughing. Then we couldn't continue training; we were both bent over laughing. I guess that's my secret weapon in a fight! Making my opponent laugh until they're exhausted, and then winning without a fight. After a 90-minute trial class, I was completely exhausted. My hands hurt from the wraps, and my feet hurt from kicking. Even though I was hitting people, punching sandbags, and kicking tires, I was sore as if I had been beaten up. But it was so much fun and exhilarating! Life experience +1

PU was my masseuse, and I chose the four-hour luxury package. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The essential oil selection, body scrub, milk bath, traditional Thai massage, and facial treatment were all wonderful. Best of all, buying the voucher through Klook made it even more affordable! Very good, and the price is also very affordable. When you arrive, they first give you a cup of herbal tea, then the massage goes from your back to your legs, then to the front, and finally to your head. The massage therapist's skills are excellent. I highly recommend Kate (I think that's her name). Highly recommended, absolutely flawless.

It is a very beautiful spa place. The place is clean and calming. The reception staffs were friendly and my therapist Tuptim was very polite and skilled in Thai massage. The way she handled my foot bath and slippers is really menticulous. One can easily relax here. It has been awhile since I did a Thai massage so I was afraid that I cannot handle the pressure at first but it turns out really great! Highly recommended if one is in Chiangmai.

I trained at this gym again after three years. Compared to back then, there are more staff members, and the facilities have been significantly upgraded and cleaned, even including a merchandise shop. I highly recommend it because the instruction is tailored to your skill level.

It was incredibly fun. You could tell that the tour guides were very knowledgeable about the animals, and safety was also a top priority. The group size was just right, not too big. Everything was explained very well, and all our questions were answered. The price-performance ratio was also excellent. A truly unique experience that everyone should try at least once.

Wonderful spa, one of the best we had in Chiangmai. The vibe, service and massage is perfect.
