You can see some of the animals up close, we were lucky to see the cute baby elephant. Must visit the lemurs, you can even take photos with "King Julien" on your shoulder - they are soft & don't bite, no worries. Recommended to visit for at least 3-4 hours to get better experience at the zoo. The performance by some animals was entertaining. Good place for family with children or just group of friends who'd like to see animals (after all, most of us had probably only visited the zoo when we were kids).

We had a great day! We have two 12 year olds and a 10 year old so finding activities that would allow their age was tricky, but the ATV and rafting were both great and accommodating for them. We also stopped at a coffee plantation which I wasn’t sure would be any fun for the kids but that had a great time and found they liked most of the coffees and teas we tried. We had the best day and Fendy our driver was great, our trip was comfortable and we feel like this was great value for money for all that we got included for the day.

My husband and I were both satisfied with the guided tour this time. The reason was that we could understand and enjoy Indonesian history and culture more because it was explained in Korean. The vehicle was comfortable and there were quite a few temples, volcanoes, and coffee plantations, so it was nice to be able to rest in the vehicle. We were also grateful that the tour guide took our opinions into consideration when making various choices and took us to the hotel despite the terrible traffic jam at the end.

The best! This is my second visit. Last time, it was the dry season when the water level was low, but this time it was the rainy season and it was very impressive. It seems that the reservation had not been received from Klook, so they made arrangements at short notice. Thank you! It's still a hidden gem, so please include it in your trip to Bali. It will be a great memory.

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to BMW from Ubud by taxi. Fortunately, there were not many stairs before rafting, so my grandmother, mother, father, and daughter all had fun. Rafting was also very fun, and my guide, BANDI, was especially kind. At the place where we took a break during rafting, ramen, snacks, and drinks were very, very expensive. They sold them for 3 to 4 times the market price. After rafting, meals and towels were provided, and the meals were delicious. The towels were placed in front of the bathroom, but I didn't use them.
