Hotel was clean and prime location near bus station.

This is a place I often use whenever I visit Hiroshima. It's located in Hatchobori, so you can take care of shopping and dining nearby, and it's a plus that there's a convenience store right on the first floor. There are more Europeans here than other places, and I guess that's because the rooms are spacious and the ceilings are high.

The room is large, clean, and well-equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and large bathroom. Different snacks and drinks are offered at different times of the day.

Great location and value for money. The complimentary bread and coffee are delicious too.

Perhaps because it's not a chain hotel, the staff feels particularly friendly. The location is a bit of a walk, about 10-15 minutes from Hondori Station, but it's nice to stroll along the shopping street to get there. The facilities are a little dated, but there's no problem using them, and they're quite clean. People often say you can tell how clean a hotel is by looking inside the hairdryer, and it was very clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and when I asked for help at the front desk, all three staff members were very helpful in trying to find a solution. They even helped contact the taxi lost and found. Fortunately, the driver noticed that a friend traveling with me was trying to contact my phone, and he got in touch and brought the phone back to the hotel for me. It was a close call that ended this frightening night. At the same time, the hotel's overall facilities were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. I even encountered a group of Japanese high school students.

The facilities are new, clean, and the location is convenient – just a 5-minute walk to the nearby shopping street. I would consider staying here again next time I visit Hiroshima.
