cleanliness: Clean as it should.
service: The hotel staffs are so nice and helpful.
transport access: You can find buggy anywhere in this area. Easy access. You can also rent the electric scooter from the hotel.
hotel location: Hotel location is very strategic as it is very close to night bazaar where u can find the halal restaurant and mart. Just 5 mins walk. And you can enjoy the sunset or fireworks too at the rooftop.

Service: Truly exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you, even helping to book early morning taxis to the airport. There's a private beach with boat rentals, and an on-site pool to fully enjoy the vacation atmosphere. A common area provides entertainment with billiards and table tennis. Different classes are offered daily, so there's always something to do even when it rains. The crab fried rice at the restaurant bar is delicious – highly recommended! Every night features live music with incredibly talented singers.
Breakfast: An amazing variety, it took several days to sample everything.
Hotel Location: Located on the south end of the island, very close to Kiss Bridge. Your stay includes tickets to the Kiss of the Sea attraction, with convenient facial recognition entry - a great value! Also, I recommend the incredibly delicious Vietnamese banh mi shop across the street from the hotel entrance.
Cleanliness: Very clean. Being by the sea, the humidity is high, so remember to use the dehumidifier.

Convenient transportation, beautiful sea view, swimming pool, clean room, complete equipment such as hair dryer and iron. The cups and dishes were not clean, but it's okay. Safe and excellent service.

very satisfied with my stay, breakfast is good. prefect for family vacation especially with elders and kids, they also provide wheelchair for elders if needed.

The environment is comfortable, the room type is satisfactory, the customer service is good, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the sunset town, the town is very beautiful, as if you have come to Europe, and when you arrive at the sunset town, you can also take the world's longest cable car to the "Natural World Natural Park". The itinerary is well arranged

It's really a hotel for watching fireworks and the design is very high! 10 points recommended. This hotel is the most cost-effective one I have stayed in Phu Quoc Island.
