I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this massage package, and I highly recommend it! The highlight for me was definitely the facial and hair therapy—they are truly the best parts of the treatment. The therapists used a cooling and soothing Gua Sha and roller, which felt incredibly relaxing, especially in the hot weather. It was the perfect way to cleanse my skin and help close my pores, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized.
The friendly and attentive service from the staff, who made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I also loved the thoughtful touch of being offered Banh Mi and fresh mango after the therapy—such a delicious and refreshing way to end the treatment.
Another big plus is their convenience: they offer pick-up and drop-off services, making the entire experience very travel-friendly and hassle-free. Overall, it was a luxurious, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience, and I will definitely be returning for another session soon!

This was a fantastic trip! We enjoyed a fun kayaking experience, visited a bee farm, and tasted local hot honey, which is perfect as a souvenir for friends since it's airplane-friendly. Our jungle adventure guide was very experienced! We saw large spiders and various insects. The guide was humorous and entertaining, yet very responsible. The food was abundant and delicious, truly excellent. Starfish Beach had many starfish and charming mermaids 🧜♀️.

Full day experience - truly love everything! The castle is so magical during the day and at night during Once Show. The aquarium was huge and we thought the mermaid show is the only highlight - nopeeee the penguin is! They're freaking cute! Adventure world - roller coaster, truly love the idea of taking our video during the ride, we bought 2 videos haha 😄

The museum looks quite big from the outside, but it's actually much smaller than expected once you're inside. It's a nice place for kids and those who are young at heart, with cute displays and good photo opportunities.
The only thing that felt off was how the staff asked for reviews. They approached us and requested that we write our names, then selected all five stars themselves or repeatedly asked us to give a 5-star rating. It wasn't a major issue, but it made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, we still enjoyed our visit and were satisfied. It could be even better with a more relaxed approach to collecting customer feedback.

Fun experience even with the tram it was much easier traveling around with a small family and stroller! family had fun and saw some cool animals a lot of which are free roam so that was a pretty cool experience seeing monkeys and different animals walking or running past you!

After booking at a discounted price on Klook and deciding on the date and time, we coordinated hotel pickup and other details via KakaoTalk. When we arrived at the shop, a welcome tea was ready to warm us up, and we enjoyed a comfortable and refreshing massage in our own private family room. We could choose the massage pressure from strong, medium, or gentle, and for 90 minutes, even the small muscles were relieved. Absolutely the best. Afterward, they served delicious sandwiches, mango, and tea, and even gave us a gift. They also provided hotel drop-off service. I will definitely use them again.

I had an amazing massage experience. The therapist was very skilled and applied strong, effective pressure that helped relieve all my tension. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. They also served fresh watermelon and refreshing drinks, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Guys, why eat at places with poor hygiene when, for the same amount of money, I was picked up right from my hotel, the space was clean and luxurious. OMG, I've never received such good service during my entire vacation in Phu Quoc! I wish they had started selling on Klook sooner, then I wouldn't have suffered so much. Lá Restaurant holds wonderful memories for me from this trip to Vietnam. You absolutely must come here to enjoy authentic Vietnamese food, and you definitely have to try the hot pot and banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake)!

Breakfast: The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Transportation: There's a shuttle to the zoo, golf carts are always available to take you to the hotel beach, and Grand World is just a few minutes' walk away, so transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean. It's a very, very large hotel, and the price is quite low for its class. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
