Every corner of Venice Hotel is Instagram worthy! The staff are all nice except for the buggy driver we had when we checked out. The Sunset Tour was fun and the buggy driver we had during the tour was the nicest one of all. He also takes good photos! The Venice Restaurant was quaint and also aesthetic. Our favorite food was their truffle pasta. What’s also nice is that Sun Bavaria is just at the back of the hotel where the SOTS is happening every night.

overall it was a nice stay. everything was good and I can see the firework from the balcony. the only con is that there was loud music that were playing until 10.30pm to 11.00pm, other than that it was very nice.

We only stayed for a night to explore the south side of Phu Quoc and the amenities were perfect. Only thing I would add is that for those getting a room with a view to watch the show to know that you will only see the fireworks but not the whole performance or any performers. You will see only the water portion and fireworks which was enough for us. Our room had a nice view of the Kiss Bridge. This place is close to the cable cars and really its a great choice! Super clean and close to all the kiosks selling food and snacks. The main supermarket is about a 10 minute walk.

Decent hotel. Decoration is all new. Convenient location in the heart of sunset town. Free buggy city tour at 4pm and 5pm. Free shuttle in a private car to airport at 7am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm to be reserved 24hr in advance. Seaside bar stays noisy until 11pm.

Gd location with a reasonable price to watch the fireworks. A bit noisy in ard 5-11pm as a bar next to the hotel. Staff is super helpful and friendly.

Nice stay with good price & services, especially free airport pick up, free buggy to city tour and somewhere we want to go, driver is also good. We requested for 4/F which is satisfied. Breakfast is also good, but one point is we asked for sun eggs, but outcome was not pretty good, bit overcooked.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Venice Hotel, I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional services provided. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with all the amenities you'd expect for a comfortable stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for both relaxation and luxury. Besides, the room I booked was with balcony, so I enjoyed the fireworks every nights (except Tuesday) with the perfect view of Kiss Bridge. The only slight downside was the size of the pool. I found it to be a bit smaller than I had anticipated. However, this minor limitation didn’t overshadow the overall quality of my stay. All in all, I highly recommend the Venice Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. The incredible service, stunning architecture, and luxurious amenities truly make it a standout choice. I’ll certainly be returning in the future!
