Our guide - Pandu was incredibly patient, set a comfortable hiking pace, and constantly ensured our safety along the trail. Reaching the summit for the stunning views was unforgettable, and our friend - Pandu even took amazing photos for us. We had an amazing experience with the ATV ride and rafting activities! Both activities were exciting, fun, and full of adventure. The ATV ride was thrilling, and the rafting experience was fantastic, with beautiful scenery along the way. We had an amazing experience with Galon, our guide and driver for the ATV adventure package booked through Klook. He made our day smooth, organised, and stress-free, with convenient pick-up and drop-off. We enjoyed ATV riding, water rafting, a coffee plantation visit & tasting, and the swing with beautiful rice terraces view. Galon was polite, cheerful, punctual, professional, and always smiling. Every destination of our wholeday tour package, he explained every activities and places clearly of what to expect and what to do. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the day and always remind us of our personal belongings to make sure its intact. Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

We had an incredible day today with Margon. Our first day of Ubud was a little disheartening. We greatly appreciate Margon for turning our experience here into something worth remembering. Margon is extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited which my husband and I really enjoyed, we love to learn as much as possible about the places we visit. Fantastic communicator! He was highly engaged, effortlessly kept the conversation flowing, and asked thoughtful questions that made for a truly collaborative dialogue. He is also incredibly kind and considerate he always opened the door for me while entering and exiting the car. My husband and I look forward to scheduling a trip with him again before we leave Bali. When you buy the ticket from Klook you just go through the gates and scan true QR code- no need to change it at counter for entry ticket. this makes it easier to skip the lines. It gets crowded quickly so this saves time! The monkey Forest has changed since I was last here and it looks like it’s getting more . The monkeys are cute and mischievous. Staff all around to help if you need a photo, hat retrieved or to shoo away the monkeys if they become troublesome! Loved my time here.

What a day! Made made sure we had the most wonderful day! He was very friendly, super helpful and had all the local knowledge. We started the day with Cave tubing, the team there were brilliant and made sure we had an exciting time while making us feel safe and welcomed. we enjoyed a spot of lunch then headed to a Luwak coffee plantation where we got to sample some Cat-Poo-Chinnos XD Again the staff were friendly warm and knowledgeable, we even got to try the Bali swings! We then finished the day with a tour of the Rice fields, again Made had all the local knowledge and we so enjoyed chatting with him. Today was my favourite day and I deeply recommend this activity!

The tour of Ubud with Yoga was fantastic! He was calm, kind, and explained the different sites we visited super well. Would definitely book again! We saw: - Goa Gajah - Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu - Tegalalang Rice Terrace - Saraswati Temple - Sacred Monkey forest

Angga. The sunrise is top-notch! Picked up at 2:30 AM, riding in colorful jeeps (red, yellow, green) together to the peak. The sunrise view over the caldera and Lake Batur is truly gorgeous for photos. - No exhausting hiking required. Perfect if you are too lazy to climb a mountain. Just sit back in an open-top jeep, and you can even sit on the roof for aesthetic photos. - Black Lava Track. After the sunrise, you continue with off-road driving through the black lava field from the 1963 eruption. Fun bumps and plenty of dust. - Complete package. Usually, after the jeep tour, it continues to Akasa Cafe, which has a direct view of the mountain, and then to a natural hot spring by the lake. If you want to rent a jeep, just book with Rela Team. *Things to prepare:* 1. Cold and bumpy. You must bring a thick jacket or sweater. It is freezing up top. The road is rocky, so you might feel a bit motion-sick if you are prone to nausea—bring some motion sickness medicine. 2. Wake up super early.
