Tour guide Ricky Ooi had been in close contact with me before I set off. The original itinerary specified a meeting at Long Cheng Hotel. He flexibly arranged to pick us up at our hotel in George Town, which made us feel at ease ๐๐ป and arrived at the hotel in advance. He introduced us to the precautions and items of the relevant itinerary, so that we arrived at Penang Hill as soon as possible and took the first cable car ๐ก and guided us to the best position in the car to enjoy the scenery along the way ๐๐ป Advance reminder of various attractions, the wonderful places made us dazzled ๐๐ป The most exciting thing was that under his guidance, I enjoyed a perfect sunrise for the first time in history ๐
The red sun suddenly rose on the horizon, which was shocking ๐คฉ Because it had just rained the day before, the sky was extremely bright, showing golden clouds, even the people on the day shouted that they had never seen it before, and finally saw a rainbow ๐ It is really a rare opportunity ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ The most fortunate thing is that we were able to bump into Vicky, who has more than 30 years of tour guide experience. His professionalism is impeccable. The angle of the story of each attraction is very good. He also took care of our needs and took us to the Siam Sisters Curry Noodle Shop, which has won Michelin for two consecutive years, for breakfast and tasted the taste of food ๐๐ป RICKY is very experienced in leading private tours. He knows that customers have their own preferences, so he arranged flexible time and introduced the characteristics of the market in detail first, gave us time to move freely, and also treated us to the local specialty fried bananas ๐๐๐ป When we were finally sent back to the hotel, it was still before 3:00 pm. He used his previous status to help us successfully lobby the hotel to let us check in early ๐๐ป Next time I come to Penang, I must find Ricky as a private tour guide ๐๐ป He is really a five-star tour guide ๐คฉ I sincerely recommend it to everyone ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

Mr. Ong did an excellent job in making our short trip worth every penny. we communicated ahead that we will be visiting the Habitat, and he agreed. The fast lane ticket made our entire Penang Hill trip smooth. He made special arrangment to drop us by a nearby food hub. Mr. Ong is easy to go with, not arrogant nor hot headed. He us very patient and a very good driver. For a private tour of 3, it was surely a trip to remember.

A wonderful day spent with the tour guide package we took for kek lok si temple and penanghill .But unfortunately penang hill got cancelled as tree fell on train track there.Still the guide operators where kind enough to refund and as an extra a free tour of Georgetown .Eventhough we explored but didn't have enough time to explore the Georgetown completely ,the tour guide completed our trip.
Very happy with our guide GShen ,an interactive and helpful person .well knowledged about locality and culture. Recommend the tour guide experience to all. Thankyou Gshen

We arrived at 2:30 and were warmly received by a staff member who arranged for tour guide Eric to start the activity. Since we only purchased the guided tour program, the staff reminded us that we could add juice and fruit plate for an additional RM10 per person. Eric carefully explained the different kinds of fruits in the world, picked fresh fruits from the trees for us to taste and experience, and taught us how to choose the best fruits on the market. It was an eye-opener for us and we got to know many fruits we had never seen before. Finally, I couldnโt get a Grab at 17:00, so the staff helped me solve the problem. They close at 17:30, but itโs more expensive, but itโs better than staying on the mountain. Itโs recommended to call a car as soon as possible after arriving, or participate in activities at an earlier time.

Mr. Ong is a very good tourist guide. He is well versed of the area and explains the history well. He also knows good places to thrive, dine and even walk for a tourist like us. Highly recommended guide.

chill day biking around the countryside with a knowledgeable guide, Eddie! As the other reviews said the bikes were a bit old (the brake wasnโt too sensitive) but the paths werenโt too difficult/harsh for it, plus the seat was comfortable enough for the journey. I learnt a lot about what fuels the Malaysian/Penang economy from this tour visiting various plantations, farms and villages. only complaint is that there was no confirmation email about the exact pickup time beyond whatโs listed in this activity page, so it was a bit daunting to be looking out the lobby constantly checking for a tour bus. (it is a white mini van seating around 15 ppl)
