The trip went smoothly, but the stop at Hakone Shrine was only 30 minutes, which felt very rushed. The tour guide was very nice at the beginning, waiting about 15 minutes for a late guy to arrive. The tour guide was quite gentle, but it's better to respect the rights of the majority of people.

A big thank you to Serina for her hard work all day, constantly reminding everyone of the meeting times, and everyone was very cooperative! We saw the sunset and Mt. Fuji at Mt. Omuro, and beautiful fireworks at Atami. Plus, having a direct ride back to Shinjuku was great. I highly recommend everyone to participate! Serina is really a great and thoughtful person, thank you!

The Tour was very nice. Not too long not too short, well organized, many informations. Unfortunately the ropeway to the Matcha mountain was closed, so we went to another ropeway instead of the zoo. Which is thanks to our tourguide Ko San. I'm so happy we could do a smaller ropeway instead. Nobody really wanted to go to the zoo so he found an alternative quickly. He informed us about all sights, what to do and what happens next. We got dropped off and he always pointed out where, when to meet and where to find the toilet. A super nice and great tour guide! I can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see more than Tokyo. Special thanks to Ko San for this great trip! I really enjoyed myself!

This itinerary was great! Going to Mt. Omuro first allowed us to see the sunset perfectly. We were lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji 🗻 today and ended the day watching the Atami fireworks festival – it was so satisfying! Serina was our tour guide for this trip, and her explanations were excellent 👍🏻
