I chose a time when making an appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early that day. I called Uber directly from the hotel to the entrance of lulu salon. After we entered, an employee greeted us first. He spoke simple English, was polite, and asked us if we wanted to drink. We found the look we wanted to do on their Instagram beforehand, and they helped style our hair first, which took about 45 minutes. Then I went to another room, and another teacher helped with makeup. It took about 2 hours in total. The whole communication was in English or using a translator, which was smooth. The final makeup was in line with the most popular y2k style at the moment, and it looked very good. , the overall experience is very satisfactory, and I will come again next time.

The hair salon is easily accessible and noticeable. Coming into the shop as a foreigner, I was greeted by receptionist in Korean. However, this did not stop them from communicating with you. I was impressed by how patient and understanding they were. Luckily, I spoke a bit of Korean. I was able to speak to them with half English and half Korean. As my first time visiting a hair salon in South Korea, I can say their service was incredible and exceptional with their wash, cut, style and makeup service. As a fan of kpop and kdrama myself, I could definitely tell that their service is top tier. I could actually see the effect of the Korean makeup style and the hair styling has on me. I felt somehow a bit a Korean as I don’t really put makeup on a daily basis. Thanks to the staff for the high quality service and I would not hesitate to come back next time whenever I visit Seoul!

My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

This time to Korea to experience makeup styling in Hosu Dosan, I'm really satisfied like their service. But if you are dry skin can suggest that you do a moisturizing process in the hotel before you go to the makeup will be better ~ In the processed, teachers will ask your opinion about what color style you like, you have a photo to them to see can also be. I'm glad I got to look cute before the shoot ♡ The makeup was done carefully, but it was quick and over in a flash! They ask me what kind of look I want, so I recommend having a photo ready!!

The space also feels private and independent, which made the experience even more comfortable.
