The rooms are very spacious. Highly recommend staying at this hotel for visiting the water park – it's close and convenient. The package includes tickets to all three parks, which is a great value.

The hotel is well-equipped and the service is excellent. I accidentally booked an extra room, and Ms. Zhang at the hotel front desk called to inform me that I could get a full refund. Additionally, due to the typhoon the following day, the park was closed, so I could get a 50% refund. However, the refund needs to be processed through Klook, and I have not yet received a response from them.

A fantastic experience! We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and visited the zoo and water park. Great memories! The kids had a wonderful time too.

really a great place for both kids and adult, the magical elements just everywhere from the hotel to the zoo and all 4 parks! Hotel location is convenient and there are shuttle bus to the parks, and designated entrance to water park, just throw stone away from the hotel.

I was surprised to get a complimentary upgrade to the Savannah Room from a discounted room. Having stayed in 6 different theme hotels across Chimelong's three parks, this is the largest standard room I've ever had. It's also one of the only ones with a bathtub.

The hotel and ticket package is very convenient with a wide variety of activities. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the kids had a great time!
