easy self check in, room is clean and neat, staff are friendly to help

Accessibility is a top priority and the staff are very friendly. It's close to Dotonbori, so I took a walk there every day. I stayed for 3 days and they cleaned it every day. The room was the same as the picture, which was great. I recommend this room.

The room is just like the pictures, and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of amenities, and they even provide pajamas. The accessibility is great, and I will definitely stay here again. The daily cleaning is thorough. I was very satisfied with my accommodations. I especially appreciated the luggage scale near the entrance.

Located in the heart of downtown with excellent transportation, it was a great help for traveling.

Spacious room with everyting you could wish for, like a small studio appartment. Close to metro and Gion quarter. Friendly stuff. All around very positive.

This has been my favorite hotel here in Osaka. very near Dotombori, Shinsaibashi and Namba. Very near restaurants, shopping center and Metro. easy check in and check out. amenities are always available and cleaners are soooo efficient.
