The tour was quite rushed because there was a lot to cover in one day (I really suggest spending maybe 2 to 3 days instead of a day tour). However, with the limited time we had, our guide Elise made sure we visited the must-sees, while explaining to us the colorful lives of the Vietnamese royalty. I liked the tour overall!

The tour was well organized, and the tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to stay in the two main spots, the base and the tunnel. Some simple but yummy dishes were served during lunch.

Picked up from hotel and was on time. Another rainy day so it was slippery most of the time but it was a great experience nonetheless. Dropped off back to the hotel around 5:45pm.

Communication with the company coordinator was good, the day before the booking. Driver Quoc Mau texted us about an hour before the booking time and provided a clear picture of his car and plate number. He was punctual and waiting for us in good time. Car is spacious and comfortable (see picture for car model we had), service is good - courteous, always helped to open car doors, provided us with ample supply of bottled drinking bottles. Importantly, Quoc Mau was easily contactable and responsive during the entire charter period. We followed through the itinerary without a hitch.

This was the best guided tour I have ever taken! Cong was great at getting the story across without slowing down any progress. We saw so many things in one day! And Hue is amazing. I cannot believe how many treasures there are in one place. I need to go back and spend several days there! Also, the food we had for lunch was wonderful. If I could give stars for the lunch I’d give all of them.
