Mr. Huong came on time for our pick-up at Radisson Hotel Danang. He gave us very imformative background about the Imperial City of Hue. We all enjoyed our trip to the Hue Imperial City and also the lunch included. Highly recommended trip

Definitely a value for money! We just decided to join the tour a week prior as we have not found any interesting videos of the city before, but luckily, we stumble upon few recent videos a week prior. We were picked up at the hotel at 7:30 AM (exact time for our pick up; free pick up and drop off). Few guests were picked up after us. The bus was comfortable. Also, the ride itself was worth it. Love to see the scenery. Surprised that the Pagoda has something to offer. There’s a few walks behind the Pagoda to explore more. Lunch was great. Citadel was great and huge (spent more than an hour). Mausoleum was interesting. Our tour guide was knowledgeable. Also, we requested to be dropped off at a restaurant and they have agreed on the way. Definitely a worth visit.

I think Klook is cheaper than internet cafes or Naver reservations, and the time commitment and service are equally excellent. I used it twice one way to travel to Hoi An and Da Nang on two days. I recommend it to Korean tourists.

Vi was a great guide who communicated to us excellently about the history of Hue. Pickup was prompt and bus was very comfortable. There is quite a bit of walking to do at the citadel and steps to climb at the pagoda/tomb so those with knee issues should pay attention to that. Otherwise, a very value for money trip. Kudos to Vi for sharing her knowledge and her funny jokes with us :)

After chartering a car to Hoi An and purchasing the coconut boat activity with KLOOK, he also introduced the must-eat French bakery in Hoi An.
