This hotel is a very convinient hotel esp.for those with toddlers in tow. This also very close to Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi area. Staffs are all accomodating. So, will recommend this hotel 🙂

The location of the Sotetsu Grand Fresa Namba Osaka is wonderful. Few steps to Nippombashi Station and Dotonbori Street.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ++ rating from me. 10/10 for location (across Dotonbori and metro train entry/exit; few minutes walk to Shinsaibashi; pick up location for bus tours. 10/10 excellent check in counter staff friendliness and assistance - all were super friendly, helpful, polite, neatly dressed and good looking. We had a last minute request to stay in the same room for another night and we were delighted when the staff informed us later on that our request was accommodated….thank you for this and for making us feel valued. 10/10 also for the supplies - these are free, promptly refilled and located strategically for all guests to see; efficient cleaning & maintenance staff. I would also like to note the self check in and check out machines, which are convenient to the guests, and if you have difficulty using the machine, the hotel staff are attentive to guests and very quick to help. The rooms we reserved made efficient use of space, and it might seem cramped for other guests; thus, be sure to select the room that best suits one’s needs. For my family, we enjoyed the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet (loved the bath tub and warm toilet seats) 😍. They also have buffet breakfast for a fee (if this is not included in your reservation), but we will try this in our next stay. There was a good restaurant right outside the hotel entrance/exit door and convenience stores (like 7-11, Lawson) are a few steps away. And if you prefer to eat outside, Dotonbori is right across the hotel, and there are restaurants beside the hotel (including Yayoi, which is open 24/7). I can say this hotel is my new favorite and would definitely stay here when I visit Osaka again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for making our stay so much pleasant and relaxing. If you want to enjoy your stay in Osaka, I highly recommend this hotel. 💜💜💜

Very close to Dotonbori, with a 7-11 next to it, a 24-hour drugstore opposite, and a 5-minute walk from the Nihonbashi subway. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were not too soft. Overall good

The location is really good, located in Dotonbori. There is a restaurant on the second floor where you can buy food and come back to eat. Drinks are also provided. The room is comfortable and large. I really like this hotel and will stay there again next time.

Highly recommended. Very convenient location. Nice room, ambience. The quickest check-out i ever experienced in my life! WOW!

Comfortable, close to the subway station, spacious room, opposite is Kuromon Market, below is Lawson, very convenient.
