We have a very good guide. Kudos to him for repeating the info in English, Japanese and Mandarin. He’s very helpful and definitely knowledgeable. The weather was at its best so the photos came out great. See it yourself to believe it. The day tour is highly recommended.

lovely tour experience. Unfortunately we weren’t able to see ningle terrace due to weather conditions, but our tour guide Andy made the experience so much fun and took lots of pictures of us. He was very informative, could not ask for a better guide. the zoo was also fantastic especially during winter.

Escape the Sapporo chill with Klook's winter day trip, offering a blend of wildlife encounters and snow-dusted landscapes. Asahiyama Zoo's "Penguin Walk" takes center stage, alongside captivating exhibits of polar bears and seals. You'll also witness the ethereal Shirogane Blue Pond, its blue waters contrasting beautifully with the snowy surroundings (depending on ice conditions), and the Ken and Mary Tree, standing starkly against the winter sky. Be mindful that winter conditions can impact the schedule, so flexibility is key, and remember to bundle up for the Hokkaido cold!

A very good experience. Chartering a car saved a lot of trouble. You can put your luggage in the car and take photos with your camera, saving a lot of effort.

Snow was falling when we arrived at Ningle Terrace on Christmas Day, and from that moment the day felt like a gift. The timber cabins tucked into the forest glowed softly under fresh snow, setting the tone for everything that followed. We moved through open winter landscapes to the quiet stillness of Biei’s Christmas Tree, wandered among the pale trunks of the birch forest, and later felt the raw power of Shirahige Falls as it cut through the icy landscape. The day ended at the Shirogane Blue Pond, its colour unreal against the snow, a moment that felt almost suspended in time. Nothing was rushed, and each place was given the space it deserved. Carlos was incredibly kind and thoughtful, especially as I was travelling solo, and his care added a layer of warmth to an already beautiful Christmas Day.

Our tour guide Yuan Zhenxiang was very accommodating and made sure of everyone’s safety was a priority. We were informed that Shikosai was closed during our scheduled date so we have to change a bit of plan which was ok. This tour especially the Lonely Christmas Tree was my bucketlist and I am so happy this was fulfilled. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with this trip! Our tour guide Leo is 10 out of 10! He is fluent in English and Mandarin, and his explanations were very detailed! He has a thorough understanding of the itinerary! He took great care of the needs of the travelers! Very Nice👍🏻 This day trip started in the afternoon, which meant we could have a full lunch before departing, which was better than leaving early in the morning! At Shikisai-no-Oka, be sure to pay to ride the snowmobile! It costs 15,000 yen for 30 minutes, but it's worth it! The scenery is super beautiful! The lonely Christmas tree 🌲 is really just one tree 😂 The Shirahige Falls aren't that special! The Blue Pond is very beautiful👍🏻, and the highlight is the Terrace of the Forest Spirit, we were so lucky we got in! So beautiful, so many photo spots! It would be a shame if you couldn't go! Luckily, we got to go 😂😂😂👍🏻👍🏻 Very praiseworthy! Personally, I would like to visit this place again! I suggest staying longer, one hour is too short! 😂😂😂 But we are already very satisfied with today's trip! Thanks again to our tour guide Leo! If we have the chance, we will definitely join your company's day tour again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our tour guide was Xiao Liu, and he was very diligent in explaining and introducing everything along the way. Since there were people from various countries in our group, the tour guide had to introduce everything in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which was quite commendable. I was most looking forward to the Blue Pond and the all-you-can-eat cantaloupe on this trip. However, I didn't expect the Blue Pond to be so crowded, with everyone trying to get a good spot for photos. So, you need to be mindful of your photography skills and time management. As for the cantaloupe, I didn't find it very sweet, but it was still a generous offering. However, I really didn't think the other meals were necessary; they were quite average, haha. (Taste is a personal and subjective experience, for reference only). Thanks to this day trip, we were able to travel from the city center to the Furano area and back in the same day. I think it's a great value if you don't want to drive yourself; you can just get on the bus, relax, and sleep, and see so many attractions.
