Nabana no Sato tours

It was a great tour! We got to try seven different flavors of strawberries, all of which were big and sweet, and we were in high spirits! The owner of the strawberry farm was kind and lovely, and the woman even took pictures for us, so it was a great memory for my mother! And we were nervous about going up the snowy mountain, 1212m above sea level, in one go on the ropeway, but it was very stable and there was no shaking, so there was no need to worry at all! Speaking of the view from the top, it was a breathtaking panorama! I also recommend the soft serve ice cream here! Haha👍. We also went around our favorite stores at the next outlet, and had some great shopping! The fourth thing we were looking forward to was Nabana no Sato! The amazing light show, the tunnel of light, and even Kagami Pond made us feel like we had gone to another world! Above all, today's tour guide, Fujiki-san, was a very cheerful, friendly and kind person! I felt that the job of a gaito was his calling👍Thanks to him, it was a very happy day, and my mother was very satisfied and said she was happy! I love Japan even more now! Thank you so much! I would definitely like to use it again! ^_^

great place to see snow and the lights illuminations... but just to take note it's a 2.5 hours drive from Osaka station and 2 hours back..you'll hv around 7 hours there. first stopover is lunch..Sorry for Muslims..there is NO HALAL food at the stopover and also at BOTH locations too. So you need to bring your own food.. No 7/11 No Family Mart or Lawson. so take note.Youll hv 1.5 hrs plus for snow.. but just for viewing n pics...for kids..not advisable as you'll be rushing back ...for illuminations.. during the winter months..not much flowers outside..during sakura seasons will be nice but it will be SuPer duper heavy human traffic... other than that ok.

The private car charter went smoothly. The driver was kind and tried his best to meet our needs. We went to many places and introduced the beautiful scenery. He also informed us in advance if there was a possibility of overtime. He was very considerate of us.

Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.

Our tour guide Xi was nice, organised and gave good tips during the tour of where to go and what to try. His recommendations were spot on especially the egg pudding in Shiragawa. Get in early to get the original pudding to avoid disappointment. We managed to still get the coffee and custard and they were delicious! It snowed and was magical. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear as sleet and water can get into your sneakers, otherwise we had the best day!

It was an incredible experience, we got to see snow, the scenery was beautiful, and the guide was always very friendly, the lights were also very pretty, and the outlet was a bit rushed, haha.

our guide kageyama san was superb. his mandarij language skills are great for tourists who speak mandarin. overall the trip was pleasant, on time and enjoyable. Our driver drove carefully throughout our journey. the illumination park was the highlight of the trip. as for the rope way, if you are travelling in winter do wear the proper shoes and attire.

it was a good experience especially for us since we travelled with an infant. just a disclaimer the driver didnt speak english at all but it was fine. just expect that like other tours the time per area was very limited because the travel was a bit far. still had a good experience.
