The manager approached us and upsold us to full package with herb bath extra VND 650,000 each. Generally speaking the service and environment is good. After massage we paid ourselves for the dinner (just next to spa). Their food is good with reasonable tourist price. Will come back again, but hope they have promotion otherwise the same price will have many other choices and competitions.

I booked this spa in Hanoi because multiple Japanese people recommended it. It turned out to be the best one. The reception staff were good, and the therapists were skilled. The facilities were also clean. The only slightly disappointing thing was being asked to write a Google review on the spot. I was planning to write a good review anyway, but if I have to write it right then, it feels like I'm obligated to give a good rating, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, it was so good that I wished I had booked this spa every day instead of trying others. Highly recommended.

The staff were enthusiastic, and the app was fast, efficient, easy to use, and cheaper than buying tickets directly. All I had to do was show the QR code, and the staff scanned it, and I was done. Overall, the aquarium met all my expectations: there were many beautiful exhibits, the staff had a great attitude, and the glass enclosures were clean, allowing a clear view of the fish inside. I learned a lot of new things about perfume and how it made. My instructor really help my find my own scent - she’s very detailed and very passionate. I recommend this kind of unique activity whenever you go to Hanoi. It’s so fun!!!
