The coach's instruction was very professional. He explained things clearly and patiently, and was able to provide suitable guidance based on the student's situation, which made learning very reassuring.

I was so lucky to have Coach Yi Yi, who was gentle and patient, for my first skiing experience ❤️. Her teaching was incredibly detailed, guiding me step-by-step, which helped me quickly grasp the techniques without feeling any pressure. The whole process was both reassuring and rewarding, leaving me with a fantastic first impression of skiing. I highly recommend her!

The chartered transfer service to and from Sapporo was very convenient. We chose the all-inclusive package, and the ski clothing and equipment provided were complete and clean. We opted for snowboarding, with 8 people per group and an instructor. There was also a photographer who could ski, which was well-arranged, and you could ask him to take photos for you before starting.

Experience: Excellent, the instructor was very patient. Ski Equipment: I was worried about being cold, but once we started practicing, I found that wearing just one thick but comfortable layer was enough to feel warm. The ski goggles felt a bit unnecessary on a non-sunny day and tended to fog up easily. Safety: The instructor was very attentive to every student and provided constant protection. Instructor Caishen was truly dedicated to teaching.

Attended Coach Caishen (Alex)'s class on 2026/3/5. The teaching was very meticulous and serious, and it was a lot of fun! Will come again next time 👍

This snowboarding trip was incredibly satisfying! The four of us beginners fell countless times on the snow, but thankfully, Coach Yi Yi patiently guided us the whole time, making it completely stress-free. Some of the students even improved remarkably fast. To our surprise, the coach was even more dedicated to capturing our memories than we were, proactively taking over 100 photos and videos—truly thoughtful! 😭 In the cold ski resort, the emotional support from the coach made us feel incredibly warm. We honestly think Yi Yi is the best coach; we're so lucky to have met you on our first skiing trip!

1. Regarding the meeting point: The bus station was under construction in February, which made it difficult to find after exiting JR. Luckily, we left early. Because we didn't have LINE, we couldn't contact anyone and had to wander around to find it. 2. Regarding equipment: Protective gear is available for rent on-site, including helmets, complete ski suits, ski boots, and snowboards. They will also help guide you with the boots. 3. Regarding safety: After arriving, the morning session will be divided into two groups of 16 people with two instructors, and the afternoon session will be one instructor for 8 people. Don't panic if you fall; the more you rush, the harder it is to get up. The instructor will assist you. 4. After all, it's just a trial lesson, so don't expect to learn a lot in one day. Lunch is at your own expense. 5. Summary: The beginner's lesson is a good value for money (there's also a photographer to help take pictures).
