Good accommodation, delicious Japanese breakfast, also has Western food, clean, good service from staff, nice room, good Japanese atmosphere, good care for guests.

My friends and I found this Hotel very value for money. It has two floors for Onsen, 1/F indoor, 5/F open air. There’s a observatory deck on the 6/F and can view Mt Fuji. The breakfast and dinner included in the booking are surprisingly good! In addition, there is a walking trail around the corner of the hotel. It connects a beautiful park and a lake. The flowers there are blooming and so beautiful.

the shuttle bus really help us to easy transport to Kawaguchiko station, Oshino Hakkai, & Gotemba Outlet! The breakfast is very delicious & they allow us to put our luggage before check in & after check out.

This hotel is absolute luxury with professional, polite and helpful staff. The dinner and breakfast was outstanding. the room was excellent. it was a relaxing, peaceful break. we walked round the beautiful gardens and also hired a bike to take a ride round the lake.

Very good view. You must choose the earliest time for dinner so that you can sit by the window. The seats for breakfast and dinner will be the same.

Convenient location, with parking lot and bus stop outside. As soon as you enter the lobby, hotel staff will help you push your luggage to the room, and there are counter staff who can speak Chinese. There is a welcome drink and foot bath next to the lobby. This time we stayed in a Japanese tatami room, with a view of the lake and Mount Fuji. Yukata and outdoor slippers were provided. There will be a special person who will make an appointment with you to prepare dinner in the room and introduce the dishes one by one. However, they only speak Japanese and their English is not very fluent. If you don't understand something, you can refer to the Japanese and English menus provided. The dinner was rich and delicious. After dinner someone will come to make the bed. There is a large gift shop on the first floor where you can buy many Mount Fuji souvenirs. Some of them can be bought outside, while others seem to be only available here. There are two private open-air baths where you can register for time slots at the counter. It costs 3,300 yen per time and the environment inside is very clean. The breakfast is also very delicious~
