Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

Even with a jam-packed 2 week itinerary, this was one of the things I was most looking forward to, and it definitely lived up to my expectations and more! JiEun was amazing - so kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable from the start. It was clear how knowledgeable she was, explaining everything thoroughly and being happy to answer any questions I had. After each analysis we went through slideshows of what would be best for me based on my results: hair colour, jewellery, glasses, make-up, fashion, fabrics, patterns, styles and accessories. And then at the end I got to try on some accessories and make-up to see how it all looked in real life! I would 100% recommend both the colour and body shape analysis, especially at the start of your trip as it will be a big help for when you're shopping! My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

i love this experience! they provided makeup and tools to use for the workshop. and you can ask for help and sometimes they assist people individually. good explanation. and the experience way cheaper than those one on one makeup tutorial sessions somewhere else . plus they give out free products after (i got a full size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and eye shadow palette that matches my eyes based on the workshop). there’s a free photobooth with 2 prints after. they also gave a 20% discount too for shopping afterwards. worth it!

I took the 60-minute service and it was very thorough. I learned a lot and the information provided was very clear and well explained. The lady who did my analysis is called Erica and she is very kind and gentle! She speaks English very well, so the service is really open to everyone. At the end, they present us with recommended products that we can photograph, and we can even redo our makeup with products they provide! The experience was enjoyable and super fun, I recommend it 100%!

The location is near Myeongdong Station Exit 9, behind the Sejong Hotel. Don't go through the hotel; use the alley behind it. Compared to other cosmetic stores, this one is incredibly convenient to get to! It opens at 9 AM, so you can get your makeup done early and then start your day!

I had a really fun time making my own cleanser. The staff was very helpful and patient, and the class was easy to follow. There was also a simple skin analysis provided at the start of the class which was helpful in choosing which cleanser I could make.

My teenage daughter’s hair was skilfully cut by Lisong who conversed with her in English and even gave tips on where to shop after the haircut. We love the stylish layered haircut which looked exactly like what was shown to Lisong in a picture. While I was waiting for my girl’s hair to be cut, a drink was served free of charge. Wonderful service through and through!
