Our driver, Mr. Fujii, was very conscientious and responsible, good at communication, and had excellent driving skills. He was very patient in communicating and sharing with us. The friends in this small group were also very harmonious and friendly. The driver would carefully remind us of icy and slippery roads or areas with deep snow. The travel companions also helped each other. Fortunately, when we arrived at Hakkoda Mountain, there weren't too many people, and the waiting time was very short. The scenery was indeed beautiful, and it was also very cold. Aomori had rain and snow the night before, and we were prepared for the ropeway to be suspended and the itinerary to be changed. But the next day, we were lucky enough to have a sunny day. When visiting Oirase Stream, Mr. Fujii would also use a translator to tell us the difference in the scenery in different states. Finally, chasing the stunning sunset on the sleepy return journey was even more unforgettable (I asked the driver to make a heart with me, and he did it, hahaha). Klook's one-day tour is really high quality, and the connection is also very smooth. I have already purchased tours in both Japan and South Korea, and they are all very good and satisfactory. Highly recommended.

One of the best experiences ever! Our driver, Mr. Akihiro Makita, was excellent. Unlike other day tours I’ve taken, he gave us plenty of time for lunch and an evening snack. The weather was also perfect for strolling around.

A very happy trip, although we didn't get to ride the cable car due to the weather, we walked along the Oirase Stream and Lake Towada, and can only describe it as "refreshing and delightful!"

I was lucky enough to go on this tour on the day with the best weather. Mt. Hakkoda in good weather is a stunning sight. The Japanese driver, Mr. Yokoyama, was very kind and friendly, but his driving was very safe. He even prepared snowball makers for us. At Oirase Stream, he used a snow shovel to pave the way for us so that we could take pictures safely. The service was truly 200 points. Please note that the waiting time at Mt. Hakkoda is very long, and the driver will not buy tickets on your behalf.

This was my first time booking a car on Klool, and I was a little uneasy about having a Japanese driver. But it turned out that the driver, Mr. Ozaki, was 73 years old and was waiting for us at the hotel front desk early in the morning. He drove very smoothly the whole way and gave us explanations along the way. Because the Hakkoda Ropeway was closed due to heavy snow, he took us to Oirase and Towada, and helped us shovel snow and take pictures along the way, which was very thoughtful. Aomori in the heavy snow was so beautiful!

Today is a Klook tour. Mount Hakkoda Snow Monsters, Oirase Stream & Lake Towada Day Trip Chartered car for one day NT$17,000 The driver is Mr. Narita. He waited for us at the west exit of Aomori Station at 8:30 in the morning with a sign. Because of the heavy snow in Aomori, many roads were closed. Snow driving is extremely difficult. Leaving it to a local professional Japanese driver is the best choice. Facts have proved that it is very worthwhile. The winter Oirase photos are so beautiful that they made me cry. Mount Hakkoda's snow monsters were a bit disappointing. Although the cable car that had been closed for several days was running, the visibility at the summit was insufficient. The cold wind was biting. We surrendered after less than five minutes outdoors. We were only left with regrets about the snow monsters.

The Hakkoda Mountains' ice trees are beautiful and spectacular! The driver was very polite and attentive, using a mobile phone translator to clearly explain where the next stop would be, the meeting time, etc. He also helped us take photos, a very good experience!

Amazing day! Driver was excellent, very communicative (he used a translator ) and pleasant. Due to weather we deviated to the secondary itinerary but was still an amazing experience and fantastic day! We were lucky enough to see the edge of Hokkaido when the weather improved a little. Favorite place was the Inari shrine.
