friendly staff and very clean hotel

I had a last minute changes, they were so friendly and welcoming. I came in before check-in but they set everything up and storage my luggage while I went out until check-in time. I would highly recommend and such a clean environment. The room was big and an amazing view of the city. It's close to Osaka umeda station.

The scenery is very good, the hotel is very new, the price is also reasonable, overall the CP value is very high, the scenery is amazing... Recommended!

Lovely area with a 7/11 next door, Starbucks across the street and local small coffee shops nearby. we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful in guiding us through the Yamato luggage transfer (referred us to the 7/11 and wrote information down for us to give the staff there to help. They also called our next hotel to verify they could receive our luggage. We appreciated all the assistance and help.

great hotel in prime location. pretty much on top of the subway and a massive shopping centre. direct train line to Kansai Airport. staff were friendly and room was bigger than I expected. comfy bed for me (firm) pillows were a little odd though. Offered to hold our luggage after check out too. overall, great experience.

Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy overall. The pajamas have a little smell, which is acceptable to me. There are common supplies, and there are water dispensers and coffee machines, which are very convenient. The service staff has good English and can communicate smoothly. The sound insulation is good and I didn't hear any noise in the middle of the night.

It was so nice to stay here, convenient station located just in front of the main doors for easy travel. Onsen in the hotel made it so much more relaxing.

Very easily accessible by trasnportation, close to restaurants and bars if you want something closeby. Staff is very helpful, friendly and provide great service.
