Many online reviews say it's not good, but I actually think it's acceptable. The staff attitude is excellent, the location is great, and the hot water is hot enough.

It was clean and comfy!! They were very accomodating and allowed us to leave our luggages in the hotel even after check out so we can still shop and and enjoy our day.

This place is very affordable and conveniently located near an MRT station. The surrounding area is lively, especially at night. It’s the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is definitely a 10/10 — it’s perfectly situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made getting around very easy and convenient. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a place with an excellent and convenient location. We would happily stay here again on our next visit!

The location is great, and it's also close to famous dining spots. Their self check-in and check-out process is very quick. The room might look small, but there's enough space for luggage. They even have a bathtub, and the bathroom is spacious. They offer plenty of snacks, and their bread section is available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The staff are also friendly. You can leave your luggage if your check-in is at 3 PM, and you can also leave it after check-out, especially if you want to explore more. The only negative, perhaps, is that there was a problem with the card slot in the room we stayed in, as the lights and air conditioning would suddenly turn off even when we were still in the room. So, we had to insert the card several times before it became stable.

Best location, Ximending is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Very near the milky donuts that I like! Accessible location as its near the MRT. Room is clean and definitely worth the price.
