We booked a room w/ window and 2 double beds, which was spacious enough for our family of four. The room was cleaned daily, and they provided complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea. Towels were also changed daily. They offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, and you can leave your luggage while waiting for your check-in time, which is very convenient. A few things to know before booking: * The lobby is only at the front of the building, while the elevator leading to the rooms is located on the other side. * The building is shared with other offices and shops. * There is a small open area on the ceiling. We asked the staff about it, and they assured us that it was safe and related to the air-conditioning system. Overall, the location is convenient, Our main suggestion would be to replace or deep-clean the carpets, as they already have quite a lot of visible stains. Despite that, we enjoyed our 7-day stay and appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location.

Our stay here was very comfortable and nice. the layout of the hotel was a bit odd; but we still felt safe despite that. The room was clean and eventhough the walls are a bit thin, everyone had been mindful. The staffs were nice and helpful as well.

The building was too old so we were surprised when we entered the small door from the reception. Nonetheless, the room was clean and spacious enough for us. The bathroom was superb. 👌🏻They clean the room as well everyday, you don’t need to ask. So we always went home with a fresh and clean room. They refill the water, coffee and teas everyday as well! It was right after Exit 2 of Ximen that is why it was very accessible. The staff were very nice too. They lend umbrellas as well just in case it rain suddenly.

Very good location since this is only outside Ximen MRT station exit 2 (use exit 3 if you want to use escalators). Clean hotel and staff was easy to communicate with.

was hesitant at first but thankfully our experience was great; it was really near the subway station and a few minutes away from the ximending shopping street.. the room was spacious and the front desk was helpful.. though they were strict with the 3pm check in it was good nonetheless.

location is really good. its next tosotetsu grand fresa. there is 711, musashi coffee, hole in the wall sadwich stand downstairs. my only comment is if you are staying with a kid better choose hotel with kids amenities so that they will not get bored especially its a bit rainy in taiwan. there are also no free amenities compared to the other 3star hotels who have u limited noodles, drinks, snacks. so overall you are just paying for locationand room.is cleaned daily!

Very good hotel as the location is 10/10 (ximending), very good hotel service (sheets & cr always clean :)) recommended, will definitely go back to taiwan and still stay here :))
