Hotels near Universal Orlando Resort

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. Although the hotel is close to the outlet mall, walking there in the summer is quite difficult. On the first day of check-in, we asked the front desk staff if we could store our luggage since we would be returning to the hotel to continue our stay the day after next (which would be the third day). A Black woman confirmed that we could. However, when we checked out on the second day, another White woman refused to store our luggage, which caused a significant problem. We had to drag two large suitcases with us for the rest of our itinerary, which was very inconvenient.

Wonderful hotel. Great price for families. Huge suites, safe, quiet, excellent breakfast. Free shuttles to and from universal etc. Excellent facilities, everything you need.

The only issue was checking in. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. Got there at 330 and waited till 630 pm. Finally went to the desk only to find out the messaging system was down for the last day or two. The food and drinks are a bit over priced. The rooms are nice and the pools are fun.
