The hotel's interior design is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are also incredibly lovely. There's a building on the premises that looks like a cathedral clock tower, and the view of it from the hallway window is breathtaking. That area is mainly used for weddings, so it's exceptionally pretty. Even the elevator is beautiful! The interior design alone is enough for me to give it a perfect score. The front desk staff are also very friendly. The transportation accessibility is excellent. There's a direct connection to the station and also to Garden City. The location is simply unbeatable. There are several other hotels lined up right next door. The airport limousine bus stop is also very close by. It's near Nishi-Umeda and Osaka Station. And while some expensive hotels still don't have YouTube, I appreciated that this one had a smart TV with YouTube.

To start with the conclusion: I highly recommend it. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hotel famous for its breakfast. They even had wagyu beef steak for breakfast, and the beef curry was incredibly tender and rich—absolutely divine! The other salads and Western dishes were also excellent. The pudding for dessert wasn't overly sweet. Although the room was a bit small, it's acceptable for a city location, and it's very close to Umeda Station, so no transfers are needed. The reception desk staff also spoke very standard English.

I booked this place for the large public bath, but I didn't get to use it much. The view is amazing, and you have to transfer elevators twice! They do clean the room, but they don't change the bed sheets unless there's a special request. Since it's carpeted, I guess some dust is unavoidable! Still, I really, really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again! If you time it right, you can take the airport bus directly to and from the hotel.

First, the location is excellent. Most stores and restaurants are conveniently located within the Links building, so there's no need to go outside. There's a supermarket on the first basement level, Daiso on the 5th floor, Uniqlo/GU on floors 1-3, and the adjacent building has Yodobashi Camera, gachapon shops, and various character goods stores, offering plenty to enjoy. It's also close to the station, making it easy to get around. However, please be aware in advance that navigating Umeda itself can be a bit challenging.

Extremely satisfied. The location is convenient, and transportation is easily accessible. It's a high-quality, new hotel with a beautiful environment. The Grand Green Park, restaurants, and shopping mall downstairs all perfectly suited my preferences. However, the hotel breakfast was more ordinary than expected. At ¥4200 per person with no discounts, I believe there are many better value-for-money options available, so I recommend skipping it.

The rooftop onsen/sauna was very impressive. Overall, the facilities and room condition were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The transportation was also very convenient based on the Osaka Metro, and it was easy to get around because there was an airport limousine.

10/10 experience. Absolutely beautiful views from the hotel and honestly this was the prettiest hotel that I’ve stayed in while visiting Japan. just a 5 min walk from trains and 15 mins train ride from Dontonbori.
