The car odor was quite noticeable, and the seats became very uncomfortable after lying down for a while. The driver often accelerated abruptly, making the ride bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. The price for a chartered car in Okayama is really not worth it. In major cities like Osaka and Kyoto, you can ride in an Alphard for 10 hours a day for only 9000 yen. This is really not cheap, and we even had to stop at a parking lot before being allowed to get out. You could learn from the chartered car services in major cities, where they drop people off directly at their destination. The rest is something your drivers should think about, right? At this point, I might as well just drive myself.

It was supposed to rain the night before the tour, so it was cloudy and cold enough to see our breath until late morning. However, thanks to our self-proclaimed weather fairy guide, Jeon Ara, we were able to see Mount Fuji on our way back to Tokyo. It was a breathtaking view after a long wait, making for a perfect end to our trip! I appreciated that Guide Jeon Ara adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and on-site conditions, rather than sticking to the planned order. She also gave great recommendations for delicious snacks at each location and provided accurate guidance and explanations. I realized that seeing Mount Fuji is more difficult than expected and requires a lot of luck (😅). Since the temperature is about 5 degrees colder than in downtown Tokyo, I think April would be a great time to visit, as the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom and the weather will be warmer throughout early, mid, and late April. 🌸

2025/12/28 This was my first trip to Fukuoka with my family. We bought a package tour and saw snow in Japan for the first time. We even had a small snowball fight. The tour guide said that the group the day before couldn't make it up because of the snow on the ground. We were lucky today. Although there wasn't much snow on the ground, it was still a great experience. The scenery in Itoshima was really beautiful, and the palm trees were lovely. We had a lot of fun on the swings, and it was a great place to take pictures. The Ichiran factory is also a great place for a walk. At lunchtime, the tour guide arranged for us to eat Ichiran ramen. I heard it was the main store, so we didn't have to wait in line, which was also a great treat. Finally, at Miyajidake Shrine, we enjoyed delicious food and watched the sunset, a perfect combination. So happy!

We had a wonderful experience on this day tour to Kusasenri Grassland (Kusasenrigahama) and Takachiho Gorge.
Our tour guide, Daisy Wu, was very lovely and friendly. She speaks both English and Chinese fluently, which made communication very easy for everyone in the group. During each stop, she also recommended different local food spots for us to try, which was very helpful.
Originally, our itinerary was supposed to include Aso Crater as well. However, due to a recent helicopter accident and the ongoing rescue operations, the crater area was temporarily closed. Daisy handled the situation very well and brought us to an alternative spot instead.
Luckily, the weather today was very clear, so we were still able to see Aso Crater from Kusasenri Grassland, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, this is a highly recommended day tour. Thank you for the lovely keychain souvenir, it’s a nice memory from the trip. Hope to join another tour with Daisy again in the future!

Had a great sunset tour with our guide, Logan, who is very informative about the Gion district and the history and happenings of a Geisha's life. No questions were left unanswered. Thoroughly enjoyed it, just wished it was warmer.

such a fun, cheap & great experience! very convenient as well. we met in Tokyo early in the morning but it’s a 2-3 hour bus ride from Tokyo to the first stop so you get to squeeze in a little nap on the way. Zoe was our tour guide and she spoke in both Chinese and English and was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! she told us that Mount Fuji is clear only 70-80 days out of the year and we were very fortunate to have a clear day on the 6th of March, 2026!

Huge day out in Hokkaido with wonderful commentary and assistance from our charismatic guide Gilbert who transitioned seamlessly between English, Chinese and Japanese. itinerary well explained with plenty of comfort spots. Couldn't be better, very considerate of tourists. Saves tourists time and money, incorporating unforgettable attractions along the way in convenient locations. Moreover, they navigate extremely narrow mountain roads like those in Iya Valley with ease. A+ is not enough to reflect the dedication of the chartered driver; it's not just hiring a driver, but also getting a considerate tour guide. There's really nothing to criticize. I chartered a car three times in a row, and each time it was an extremely unforgettable journey. Even though I requested such an early departure, they even arrived early and without any complaints, still enjoying themselves. Such a dedicated and enthusiastic driver is truly rare.
