This tour was the perfect way to begin our journey in Japan. Eriko is an exceptional guide with outstanding knowledge of Japanese history and culture. Visiting temples with her completely changed the experience — she explained the meaning behind each ritual, the symbolism, and the stories behind every corner, allowing us to appreciate these sacred places with proper understanding and respect. It made everything far more meaningful. Beyond her expertise, Eriko is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She offered excellent recommendations for food and shopping, always aligned with our interests. Her warmth and professionalism made the day smooth, enriching, and truly memorable. We had an amazing day with our only Japanese speaking driver today. With our limited time in Tokyo we decided to book this to see as much as we could in one day. And trust me, it did not disappoint. Saved us so much valuable time and “running around aimlessly”. Car was clean & spacious. We were dropped off and had clear instructions where to be picked up and what time. We were able to communicate on WhatsApp throughout the day as well. No one in our party spoke Japanese but there were no issues with communication. Everything ran smoothly and as planned. You are able to change your itinerary but let them know as soon as possible where you want to go, so they can plan the route accordingly. Everything was confirmed 48 hours prior and we were in direct communication with our driver the night before we were picked up. Thank you to our driver, Taya and travel coordinator Bella who helped us. Highly recommend.

Amazing tour with most amazing and full of knowledge guide, Sachiko. Her knowledge and way of presenting add so much to this already amazing tour. Fluent English has made it easy for us to catch up. Overall this is a must do tour because you learn so much about the culture and history of Japan.

Danny was great, the tour was as advertised, self guided and we got some great cherry blossom shots. I do wish we spent more time at Ueno park vs the last 2 stops as there seemed to be more to do there. I do feel like the cost was a bit high for what it was. We did get lunch added but otherwise we were essentially just paying for transportation to the parks, which you might be better off just taking the train to visit if you want to save money. It was $50 less for the trip I bought through the same company to drive us 2.5 hours away to Mt. Fuji.

got to sit in a R34 V-Spec II Nür to get to daikoku! our driver was super professional. despite driving fast at certain points, it never felt dangerous. super safe driving. daikoku was super cool and we stopped by tokyo tower too!

the guide Brendan was really kind and gave us a lot of interesting information about de history of the Palace and the gardens. only the gardens are open for visitors but it was a nice and interesting walk. . it was a really nice visit and a very good guide. highly recommended.

kyoko is a friend we glad to have in Tokyo. This is how good she is. always accommodating and having our interest at heart. kyoko answers every questions we have and make sure all the places we want to go are available by calling ahead. she even uses her own vouchers for our purchases so we can save some money. this is what someone who cares will do. she and the team even checked in and did research before our trip to ensure everything is smooth. just go to this agency and kyoko when you need a personalized tour. you will be in the right hands. thank you again kyoko and team.

We had the best experience with the tour team. Starting about two days before the d-day we were approaced by the representative of the tour company; Ms Bella. She personally texted us via whatssap to confirm the deeds of our plan. A day prior to the trip, we were introduced to our wonderful driver, Mr Zeng. A whatssap group was created to ease communication between us. You can plan your own travel-route and they will accomodate to your needs accordingly. Driving and punctuality wise, Mr Zeng was profesionally exceptional. All in all, a wonderful experience for me and my family.
