We ordered Korean clothing + shooting service, and there are service staff who can speak Chinese on site. Those who booked tickets online will go to the machine to print out the tickets on site, and then hand them to the lady at the counter. The venue is very large, and there are many styles to choose from. Girls’ hair accessories can be purchased at a premium or for free. Boys’ hats cost 3,000 won, and you need to pay extra on site. The girl who helped us take photos that day was very young and very kind. She spoke English the whole time. My English skills and those of my fellow travelers were very poor, but luckily we were able to communicate. The girl would teach you how to pose, and would also ask for help. You have free style. Free style means that you can move freely. The shooting time is about 60 minutes (including the time to walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and find a spot inside. We took the photo at 11 noon, and I received it at about 4 p.m. I have received about 280 photos. We are very satisfied with this trip! I also recommend it to my friends! The sales associate spoke Japanese and gave me advice on matching and trendy items. I was able to smoothly put on the chogori and do my hair. There were many options for bags, fur, etc., so it was fun to choose.

It's a must to try this hanbok experience and get inside the palace for a full experience wearing the Korean traditional dress. And also that note of the closing time at the palace. hanboknam is very accommodating their staff are lovely.

The staff is knowledgeable and speaks Cantonese. They are very kind and willing to introduce the size and suitable length. It is a good experience and very close to Gyeongbokgung Palace.

It was easy to find the hanbok shop (need to climb up to level 3 though) and not much crowds at 11 AM. Great and interesting experience wearing the hanbok to visit the palace!

The place is easy to find, and the staff’s service attitude is very good. We arrived in the morning and there were not many people. It took almost half an hour from choosing clothes to decorating.

Easy to redeem and the staff is very friendly. You can rent additional accessories like hat for men for 2k won.
