We took Ms. Wang Xuting's car and the experience was very good. Sister Wang arranged a ride to the zoo for us smoothly and provided planning adjustments for the itinerary. The whole trip was pretty good. Here are some suggestions for those who want to place orders in the future [1] If you go to the zoo from Fukuoka, try to leave before 7 o'clock, so that you can get to the front of the park bus [2] You can sit on the right side of the park bus, as there are more animals You can see [3] Beppu Hell. Don’t waste too much time. Just take pictures and leave as soon as possible. Leave your time to Yufuin. [4] From Beppu to Yufuin, you have to walk on a mountain road. The whole section is beautiful and very worth going. If your child is afraid of motion sickness, you can take motion sickness medicine first.

Was a fun day visiting Amanoiwato Shrine, Takachiho Railway and Takachiho Gorge. The best part of the tour was the Takachiho Gorge with the boat ride. And then Amanoiwato Shrine. The railway trolley experience isn’t a must as you have to keep seated and seating was a bit crowded. Wished there was more time to explore the Takachiho Gorge after the boat ride though. Overall was a great day. We had Jimmy as our guide, he’s funny and delivered great service for getting our boat ticket and railway tickets early so that we didn’t need to wait in line.

Itinerary: Nyoirin-ji Temple -> Kyushu Natural Animal Park -> Yufuin
The frog decorations at Nyoirin-ji Temple are very unique, and they were also holding a wind chime festival, which was an extra highlight. However, there are a ton of mosquitoes here in the summer! Nyoirin-ji Temple is located in a rather remote area, so I probably wouldn't have come here if I wasn't on a day trip 🤣
The highlight of Kyushu Natural Animal Park is definitely the Jungle Bus. Unfortunately, the tour guide said that Jungle Bus tickets are very difficult to get, and they were already sold out early that day (we arrived around 11 am). Luckily, the tour guide took us into the natural ecological park in a tour bus, so we were still able to see the wild animals up close (although we couldn't feed them ourselves). However, the time allotted was a bit short. After getting off the tour bus, I only had time to feed the ponies and stand in line to hold the guinea pigs. I didn't have time to visit the other areas.
Yufuin was more free-form, and the tour guide gave us a map and let us explore on our own. We ended up having lunch at a Japanese restaurant, where the fried chicken tempura was surprisingly delicious! However, we didn't arrive in Yufuin until almost 2 pm. If you get hungry easily, I recommend eating a hearty breakfast, or even buying some rice balls or sandwiches to eat on the bus.

It’s great. Mr. Ren, the driver and tour guide, is very enthusiastic and caring. He carefully explained which side of the jungle bus to see the animals and the skills of feeding animals. When the jungle bus arrived at the end, Mr. Ren ran in advance Waiting for us at the bus alighting place, helping us take a family portrait with the jungle bus, the service is really thoughtful. In addition, to visit the Jigoku Hot Springs in Beppu, Mr. Ren is also very patient to teach us what is the most fun way to visit. You can also go to the hot springs where you can soak your feet and watch a special match-blowing performance. Mr. Ren is also very knowledgeable. He introduced a lot of Japanese customs and culture, such as the difference between Japanese temples and shrines, which made us learn a lot. Thank you very much 🙏

Our tour Guide name is Yoko Tateno If there was one thing I could say about her, it was that she was open, polite, and considerate individual. We really enjoyed her general company, and I gave her a 5 out of 5 star rating. Her english skill is competent. Here my thorough observation. She always 30 minutes in advance. We typically use a subway or a buses in maneuvering throughout the City depending on your schedule constraints. Fare
and day card is provided. Ms.Tateno is will verse to History of Fukuoka. Please
Do wear trainers or comfort shoes.
The highlight of the journey was entering the Tochoji Temple's where she led dark room and having an out-of-this-world experience. I would not recommend it if you are claustrophobic. We are astounded by the elaborate sculpture design created by artisans who took only four years to complete and are meticulous in their attention to detail. Then we walk
Across town to another temple discuss the various religions that mold the philosophy of Japan today. Hakata Machiya Folk Museum has a brief film presentation of Fukuoka's famed Festival. Next, we went to old and new shopping district had lunch with her. then we catch ride to another destination through subway to Ohori Park appreciated the seriousness of Ohori Park's man-made Japanese garden.
Last stop visited the Sake brewery, where we had the opportunity to sample a variety of sake. Drink plenty of water to flush the sake or you'll become intoxicated.
To summarize our trip is fun, entertaining and enjoyable. I really admire Ms Yoko Tateno in-depth familiarity Fukuoka. She deserves a 5 star review.
