Things to do in Otsu

Today, our whole family was very happy. With the guidance of a professional tour guide-Curtis,even though we hadn’t pre-purchased tickets online, we were still able to buy tickets smoothly upon arrival and enter without any issues. The environment was even more beautiful than what we saw in the pictures. This Osaka trip became even more perfect for our family because of this wonderful experience!

We were guided by the lovely Ms Vivian. She msged us the day before and gave clear instructions. through out the journey she was very prompt, informative, friendly and made sure we got all we require as per the package to ensure a memorable experience. we truly had fun and happy wt the package offered and the services rendered by Ms Vivian. Highly recommend! For Muslim travellers pls pack up some food for this trip as available food are not halal and you can only order drinks.

well taken care of from departure at bus station, till arrival to biwako, and then back to train station. Except for the system at Biwako which kept on stalling (which wasnt the fault of the tour operator), all other arrangements at Biwako by the tour operator was superb. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this Mount Fuji day tour! The itinerary was smooth and we got to visit so many beautiful spots in one day. Everything was well planned and easy to follow, perfect if you want a stress-free trip from Tokyo. Our tour guide Dana was great — friendly, helpful, and always checking on everyone. She explained things clearly and kept the tour moving at a comfortable pace. Thanks to her, the whole trip felt relaxed and enjoyable. Guide is Sung Min who is very friendly and nice and gave good info, and his English is quite good. As I have read from other reviews about the artificial snow being a bit rough, I know what to expect. We were very lucky that it really snowed lightly in and off when we visited on 15 Dec morning so there was indeed real snow. It is a good day trip with sufficient time at snow park and onsen town. we chose to take only sled rides and it was enough for us to keep occupied. but we did hear good comments from another family who took ski lessons. we enjoyed the free foot bath and tried some snacks at Onsen town. time allocated was sufficient for both activities. would have liked to visit Kobe premium outlet but there is no such option for the period we travel.

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

Sanzen-in Temple + Shirasu Shrine + Ukimido Temple, a one-day tour of La Collina, completed in a joyful atmosphere. Overall very good, although it rained, being able to see the autumn leaves made it worth the ticket price. At La Collina, the tour guide Casper strongly recommended the No. 1 Baumkuchen, saving us a lot of time so we could take pictures. In summary, our tour guide Casper was very enthusiastic and responsible, a great tour guide, highly recommended!!

A wonderful experience! Mitsuko-san was an amazing and very knowledgeable guide. Meetup and transfers were easy and lunch was delicious (I had the vegetarian spinach curry). The only improvement I can think of was we only spent 50 min in the Saiko Iyashino Sato Nenba village which I felt was a bit short to experience everything it had to offer. Unfortunately due to the cloudiness we did not see Mount Fuji but had a great time regardless :)

I booked this tour two days before departure and had a great experience. Our driver and guide, Nicklee, was very responsible and attentive. He picked us up and dropped us off, and also explained the local Japanese culture and tourist attractions along the way. He was kind and friendly, thoughtfully provided water, and took care of everyone.
