We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

I wanted my kids to learn surfing, so I compared reviews on Klook and made a reservation. What I was most satisfied with was that they prioritized the safety of the children and, on the day of the reservation, the waves were too high and dangerous for the children, so they told us to come back early the next morning. Sure enough, when we went early the next day, the waves were not high, so the kids could safely take surfing lessons, and both teachers were friendly, so the kids enjoyed the class. I was impressed with their focus on safety and the manager watching over the students during the lesson. The kids really enjoyed it, and they plan to come back for surfing lessons while staying in Bali. Thank you for the great class ^^

I absolutely loved my snorkeling activity! Sabare, Fibri, Annik, and Kadek are amazing people! I highly recommend this activity; they are attentive, patient, and take the time to reassure you if needed. They give us all the time we need to take photos and have a great time. I thank them infinitely for this incredible morning that I will never forget! 😇😇😇😇

We bought a package B but ended with multiples xtra rides for our family. Price is reasonable and all the rides are well recommended to try. Thank you to our driver, Mr Nyoman Arta for his kind heart for letting my family to enjoy to the fullest. His patience is much appreciated. Its my daughter's first time doing the Sea Walking. She has been well taken care of by the staffs during the whole process. Salute to the jetski instructor who lead my daughter to her extreme rides. Because of his skills that made my daughter requested to ride the jetski again and again. Look for Pak Wina when you get there. He will attend to you responsively. Before rafting, you'll put on a life vest and helmet. After a short drive, you'll need to climb many stairs, both up and down, to reach the rafting area, so you'll likely be out of breath and sweating. The actual rafting lasts about an hour and a half, with a 30-minute break in the middle where you can buy drinks (NT$120). Afterward, there's lunch, which is decent. I recommend sitting in the front left for the best photos, as you won't be blocked. There will be people taking photos and videos at various spots, and at the end, they'll ask if you want to buy the video and photos for around NT$800, which is quite expensive. I suggest splitting the cost with your rafting companions to make it more affordable. This was my first time rafting, and it wasn't too scary or prone to capsizing; it was genuinely thrilling and fun! I'd definitely want to go again!

The Telaga Waja rafting adventure was definitely one of the highlights of our Bali trip! The whole experience was exciting from start to finish. The river itself is perfect for rafting—long, continuous rapids with fewer stops, which made the ride feel more thrilling and immersive. The scenery was absolutely stunning, with lush greenery, waterfalls, and a more natural, less crowded atmosphere compared to other rivers. Our guides were fantastic—very skilled, fun, and safety-conscious. They gave clear instructions and kept the energy high throughout the trip. We felt safe the entire time while still enjoying the adrenaline rush.

This tour was amazing in every way! We saw manta rays and floated with numerous sea turtles as well as saw live coral. The guides were very friendly and worked with my husband to troubleshoot a leaky mask, I also noticed them helping weaker swimmers have fun and ensured everyone saw the wildlife they wanted. Truly an amazing experience. I will say the manta bay had rougher waters than I expected for snorkeling but the guides made sure everyone was safe as we observed these amazing animals.

We come here when it's raining in Bali. But it doesn't stop us from taking a nice photos here. We had a lot of food as well come with the voucher from klook. I like their fried calamari it's nice. The staff in the restaurant is also very nice and friendly. Overall is very nice experience eventhough is raining.

What really touched me was how he treated me like I wasn’t alone. I was feeling super sad during the day, but Beno never made me feel lonely—his kindness and attention to my comfort kept my mood up. Even when I wasn’t having the best day, my smile never went away. He also recommended a place for my very first tattoo, and everything felt trustworthy and well taken care of.
