Booked for 4pax and had 2 separate jeeps instead of one, which i think is better option. Adi and Tony were our drivers and the ride up the mountain was bumpy but fun and and enjoyable. Both drivers were also superb photographers! They were able to get us into poses and captured the thousand stars! Unfortunately as the day breaks, it was too cloudy and we couldnt see a beautiful sunrise but the photos were still amazing.We also went to the lava stone area at the foot of the mountain, with a different landscape and beautiful views. However, there were too many flies and were quite annoying. Next we proceedes to Akasa Cafe, with another picturesque view of mount Batur. They serve very nice coffee and desserts. However, the flies were also everywhere and was difficult to enjoy the coffee and food. Overall, the family enjoyed the package tour as it was a unique ezperience.

This tour is worth to visit! A must for a first timer in Bali like me. I was amazed by the beauty of the beaches. Our tour guide was kind. He helped to take photos and videos for us. He was careful too in driving.

Our guide Kadek was awesome! The rides from our hotel to Uluwatu were very long, but his drive was smooth and vehicle was big and spacious. We didn’t have any discomfort or motion sickness. He prepared water for us at every stop, checking on us ensuring that we are okay and comfortable. He even helped to take photos and videos (really appreciate that). The uluwatu temple was full of monkeys but he fended us against them. Totally recommend Guide Kadek !!! Thumbs up!

My tour guide was Dika and he was a soft-spoken and kind guide. Although the waterfall was closed during my trip, we had to pivot some things in the itinerary and I couldn’t have asked for a better tour. You get your touristy pictures, but still experience some authentic balinese culture when going to the cofee farm and the waterfall. If you’re going solo, they make sure to take great pictures and videos of you! The roads can get a bit winedy, so take motion sickness pills if you need it.

I had an amazing experience with the 10 Hours Ubud Custom Charter Car. My driver, Oka, was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped me plan my route, recommended great spots, and made the whole trip feel very safe and comfortable.
The car was clean, the ride was smooth, and OKA was always attentive-helping with photos, and making sure I had the best experience in Bali. I really appreciated how flexible he was with timing and destinations.
It was a relaxing, fun, and stress-free day. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Ubud, and definitely recommend OKA as a driver!

Andre was a gem! Positive, happy and very nice dude. Very knowledgeable and English was very good. I want to make a special shout out to his playlist! Every song he played was an absolute BANGER. We were lucky with the weather because no rain, 1 time maybe 2’. He made sume adjustments to the itinerary but it was all for beter. i trusted his judgement on this. Food was amazing! all and all very nice tour! Hope everyone has an amazing time on this tour as i did very much! Thank you Andre!

Where to begin?! This tour was amazing from beginnig to end! First dropped off for white water rafting, had a welcome drink, put on a vest, grabbed a paddle and onto the truck. You get transferred to the top of the trail and it’s about 10 mins walk down to the river. Paddle down the river, jump in and float down, stand under a waterfall, stop to have a beer half way and then keep going. After rafting, there is shower facilities, lunch was included so had some chicken curry, mie goreng and watermelon. Next we traveled to Alasan Adventures for the ATV. The set up was beautiful. Met at the lobby area and then directed up to the prep area where you got your locker key to store your gear then put on your ‘socks’ (plastic bags for your feet, hilarious), gumboots, and helmet. after a quick instruction off you went, it was amazing riding though mud, up and down, through a tunnel. After ATV have a shower and go to their restaurant which is gorgeous for more food. loved this and would go again!

Egar was our driver who took us to mount batur and back to our hotel, and he truly made the day unforgettable. We had a full day planned to explore different spots, and he was the perfect guide for the whole journey. He was warm, friendly, and his knowlegde about every stop on our itinerary was impressive.His enthusiasm for the island and its culture really added something special to the tour. At each location, he was happy to take photos for us and give helpful recommendations. What really stood out was Egar's easygoing and accomodating nature, he never rushed us and was always ready to guide us if we were unsure about what to do. Ngurah was our 2nd driver who took us up mount batur in the jeep. He was a professional at taking photos with an impressive setup: a full tripod, lighting, and directinng us to get the perfect angle and capture stunning photos. What stood out was his enthusiasm and energy, with many ideas for cool shots. It felt like a personal, VIP experience!
