Things to do in Hoi An

This was such an amazing experience!! Even though it was SUPER hot, I would absolutely do it again! The cooking class was so much fun, and our teacher, One (I hope I spelled her name right!), was the absolute best. She was super patient, kind, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We made SO much food and even got to play with fire 🔥😂 Special guests were some adorable puppies, which made it even better! The bamboo boats pick you up right next to the restaurant. The ride starts super peaceful, then you get to the exciting part where everyone starts spinning and it basically turns into a party! The crab fishing wasn’t that interesting to me. I would have rather done the lantern release, but I think I chose the wrong option. If you book, make sure to add the lantern activity! Learn from me lol HIGHLY recommend! Thank you, One!! ❤️

good boatman, good service. Though he don't speak English well, but he is every entertaining as he would sing songs from your country and greet you with your language. He also help us to take a lot of pictures too !! In general, we enjoyed it a lot.

experience: You won’t be confused and won’t be flocked by so many people becuase they have a buddy boat already waiting for you, they gave us a welcome cold tea drink and the boat driver is very lovely took a pic of us, even though its a short time only (15-20mins) we enjoyed our momen. I really recommend booking this!!!

Bought my tickets (including the BBQ buffet dinner) through Klook, and had no problems - they only needed to scan the QR code on the app at both the Non La Restaurant and the show's arena. The show was incredible, with so many performers and props to match. There are 4 scenes plus a finale, and there are 2 screens at the front of the main stage to briefly explain what each scene is about: the Vietnamese and English language screen is on the far left, while the Korean and Chinese language screen is on the far right of the stage. Not very easy to read from far away, so visitors should take this into account when choosing where to sit. Note: there had been a fire that destroyed the facades on the right side of the stage on 26 August, but by the time I was there on 3 Sept, they had restored everything!

The Coconut Basket Boat tour was a fantastic experience and great fun!Cruising through the palm groves in traditional, round bamboo boats is a truly unique experience. The local boat rowers were incredibly kind, smiling, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.The boat-spinning performances and crab fishing brought so much joy. A very successful trip filled with positive energy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam who is looking for authentic, local attractions!

Best 100k dong you will ever spend in Hoi An! The ducks are well taken care of and well fed. All the staff are friendly and nice, I felt really welcomed as a solo traveller. Will surely come back and try this with friends

Hello, It was such a good experience and well organized trip. good option for a family with a kid born in 2015 as well. good time and good history and background helped us to enjoy more. The trip began from 2p.m. whih is cooler and finished at 8p.m. good time to sightseeing Hoi An nightview. Dinner was fine in local restaurant as well.

It looks us 1 hour drive from Hoi An Old Town to My Son Sanctuary. Luckily our tour guide shared quite a few stories about the history of Hoi An, and My Son Sanctuary, which makes the 1 hour ride fruitful, and less boring. At My Son, he guides us through the entrance to the electric tram station, ride to the center of sanctuary and walk to the temples and building structure of the 13th century. The view of the red brick structure is really amazing. Every spot we went, he explained to us the histories of craving & stones. We are given 30 minutes to explore the sites, and going back to the theater for the Champa Dance Performance at 10:30am. Out of 3 performance, the one blowing trumpet amazed every audience, as he blows non-stop without changing his breath for nearly 3 minutes. After visiting My Son, we were brought to a local place, namely Turtle's Place Villa for a local lunch, and came back to Hoi An Old Town by riding a boat at the Thu Bon River. Truly enjoy the tour! Recommended!

This private tour to Hue was excellent and exactly as described. We visited all the highlights on the itinerary, including the Imperial Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda, Khai Dinh Tomb, and Tu Duc Tomb. The guide shared many interesting historical facts and gave us enough time to explore each place while keeping the day well organized. Typical Hue itineraries include these major imperial landmarks. The drive was comfortable and efficient, and being on a private tour made a huge difference. We were able to move quickly between attractions, avoid unnecessary waiting, and focus on the most interesting parts of each site. Unlike some other popular destinations, Hue didn’t feel overwhelmingly crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Lunch was served at a quiet, peaceful restaurant, and the food was delicious. We left at 8:00 AM as scheduled and returned around 5:00 PM, exactly as advertised. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and we were very happy with the experience.
